Private Steam Account Logins

Ethereal Realmz are negotiating to legally allow 3rd party games distributed by Valve to be installed in the Cafe. Included in this list is Modern Warfare 2.

However due to the setup of Steam this makes keeping profiles a challenge.

To this end Ethereal Realmz are experimenting with the process of allowing users to log in with their own personal STEAM Account.

What this means is if you own a version of the game that is in store you will be able to log in with your own account and get access to your personal profiles stored Online.

If this system works more pressure will be placed on developers to give us access to the games we want.

The games we have enabled for testing are Counter Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source, Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead.

To load simple choose the OWN ACCOUNT option for the games listed.

Congratulations to Matt Dempsey for coming first in the Atrocitry Warhammer 40k Tournament, who walks away with a lovely Tactical Backpack!  Congratulations also to Tom Matheson close behind in second place, coming away with the Planetary Empires expansion.

Winners of the Line of Sight markers were Gareth Daniel and Jake Hacker.  Lucky winner of the NAGA award was Jacob House!

It was a great event and we hope for even more next time, which should be sometime during the year.  Click to see more photos from the event.

What a great weekend it was.

Congratulations to Jason Stennet, who came first and won a lovely tactical backpack.

Second place went to Shaun Stennet.  There were eleven points between first and fourth, so it was rather close all things said and done.

Jason Seal and Danny Powell were the winners of the door prizes, and Ken Downer came away with the NAGA award.  Lucky him.
