ACCOUNT SIGNUP
When signing up for an Online Store account please use your Ethereal Realmz login as your username if you have one. Once processed we will than associate you with the members group so any discounts will be given immediately.
POSTAGE PRICES AND DETAILS
Australia Post - Standard = $5
This covers all orders being posted within Australia and is a flat rate. Delivery can be expected up to 5 days from date of postage.
Australia Post - Express Post = $10
When you absolutely, positively cannot wait for that order. Allow 1-3 days for delivery from date of postage.
Australia Post - Registered Post = $10
Registered Post can be used at the discretion of Ethereal Realmz to guarantee delivery of an important item. Registered post will also be used for those orders that are not recieved from initial order. Allow normal delivery times from date of postage.
CALCULATION OF POSTAGE
When choosing postage you have several options.
- Pick up in store.
- Australia Post Standard and Express
- Australia Post Registered Post
Be aware that according to the Terms of Service once goods are delivered to the carrier of choice for delivery responsibility has been removed from Ethereal Realmz for that delivery. But we are not complete heartless individuals and things can happen. Any amount that qualifies for free postage will be sent Registered Post. Also customers are given benifit of the doubt on the first time an order fails to make delivery. After the second lost shipment to the same customer Registered Post will be the only option for that customer.
Any order over $200 will qualify for free postage and will be sent via Registered Post.
BE AWARE ANY DANGEROURS GOOD ITEMS INCLUDING SPRAY PAINTS, DIPS, STAINS AND ANYTHING ELSE CLASSIFIED AS DANGEROUS WILL INCUR A $20 CHARGE FOR ALL DANGEROUS GOODS IN THAT ORDER. THE REMAINDER OF THE ORDER WILL BE SENT SEPERATELY AND CAN NOT BE INCLUDED IN THIS POSTAGE. DANGEROUS GOODS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE POSTAGE.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
In an effort to simplify the process there are only two options.
- On Pickup
- Customer Contacted
- Paypal via Account Email
- Paypal via Other Email
On pickup is simply paid when the stock is picked up in store.
Any other payment option will be discussed when we will contact the customer with any changes to the order and to confirmed. Options include Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card and Cheque.
The Paypal via Account Email means a Paypal invoice will be emailed to the email address entered with your account details. This option should be chosen when your Paypal email and Ethereal Realmz Online Store email match.
The Paypal via Other Email referes to your Paypal email account being different to the email included in your Ethereal Realmz Online Store. If this is chosen you will be contacted for your Paypal Account email and a Paypal Invoice will be emailed to you.
REPRESENTATION OF STOCK WITH PICTURES
The pictures are just a representation of the stock. ALL models, bases, building and terrain come unpainted unless otherwise specified.

Although Ethereal Realmz staff endevour to maintain an accurate database of product and availability please understand that mistakes do happen and prices and availabiity can change wthout warning.
Customers will be contacted with any changes to the order if there are any.
STOCK LISTINGS
Initially Ethereal Realmz Online Store will contain the items that remain in store or a constant stock level. Over the coming weeks Ethereal Realmz will endevour to list items that can also be obtained but not kept in stock at this moment.
