Over the next few weeks Ethereal Realmz will be setting up some display cabinets for painting of miniatures.
To help add to this Ethereal Realmz are asking for people to nominate themselves as Display Capable Painters.
What will this entail and what will you get out of it?? Read On.
What will be expected of you as a Display Painter?
- Be able to paint miniatures to a level worthy of display. I am not looking for Eavy Metal quality here but at a level where miniautes have all areas highlighted/shaded and details are picked up.
- Be able to base the models with more than just a painted base.
- Be willing to paint the miniatures within one week of being notified of acceptance.
- Be willing to provide your details below for easy contact.
What will you get out of being a Display Painter?
- A chance to paint models released to the store before the models go on sale.
- Once the models have cycled through the cabinet any model you paint becomes yours for your own personal use.
- A chance to paint a different style of model to what you usually do.
How will this work?
Very simple. You fill out the form below, I place you in an email list. Every time I get a new miniature in for display I send out a group email. The first person to respond gets the job and must pick the miniature up 24 hours after being informed its theirs. Once picked up the painter has a week to finish at least one model, if the pack has multiple miniatures the painter can return the remaining miniatures at any time and a new email will be sent out.
Once the finished miniature is supplied it will be labelled under the base for indetification and pickup after the display period is over.
