Ethereal Realmz Code of Conduct, Rules and Conditions
1. NO FOOD is ever allowed at the computers or when seated on the PC chairs.
2. DO NOT touch the monitors for any reason, contact Ethereal Realmz staff if you have any issues.
3. Game credit purchases and event entry fees are final and not refundable under any circumstances. – Including power outages (and any other issues beyond our control).
4. Illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated inside or outside of Ethereal Realmz. If we become aware of your involvement in illegal activity, we will call the police, terminate your account, and ban you from the facility. This specifically includes (but not limited to) theft, vandalism, drug use, software piracy and attempting to break network or physical security.
5. You will respect the facility and equipment at Ethereal Realmz at all times. You will treat it with care and take all reasonable measures to prevent damage.
6. Excessive use of offensive language is not allowed. Ethereal Realmz has many young kids that don’t need to be exposed to rough language, and their parents probably won’t like it either.
7. Drinks are allowed next to the PC’s as long as they are sealed at all times. Any spillage that incurs damage is the user’s responsibility and they will be charged for replacement equipment.
8. Cheating in games is not allowed. This includes using cheating software external to the game, or exploiting significant bugs in the game itself to gain an unfair advantage that was not intended by the game designer. Cheaters will be asked to leave, be disqualified from any events, and possibly be banned from future events or from Ethereal Realmz.
9. Rough play, running, fighting, and any activity that could cause injury to people or damage to the center or equipment at Ethereal Realmz is not allowed.
10. Threatening behavior of any kind is not allowed. This includes verbal or physical threats, provoking a fight or argument, and using derogatory or hateful names.
11. You may not do anything to reasonably impair another person’s enjoyment of their games. This includes shouting, interfering with their equipment or person, or continually bothering them in any way which includes having the volume of the headphones at a level that the person next to you can hear clearly.
12. If you bring any personal property into Ethereal Realmz you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. You will not hold Ethereal Realmz liable for any loss or expense, including theft of or damage to equipment or data, and loss of time.
13. Any direction given to you by the Ethereal Realmz staff must be followed promptly.
14. Ethereal Realmz staff will respect the wishes of the parents of any minor, regarding games that may be played or any other reasonable request.
